I offer a "commitment-free" FREE OF CHARGE initial visit to give us the opportunity to meet, and you can see how I interact with your horse/s.
We will discuss your individual requirements as part of my personal service, ensure I have correct emergency contact details for yourself, your vet, and your farrier, and confirm cost and arrange payment details. I will ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit at completion of this visit, and full payment of the booking is expected before the start date.
During the week before you leave I will be in contact again to confirm details.
I will also leave you with a copy of my terms and conditions, though I invite you to read these now.

During your time away your horse/s will be taken care of exactly as instructed and agreed upon, and if you wish a daily update can be texted or emailed to you.
You may travel confident that your horses are in the best care possible, (next to your own), and will receive individual attention by a dedicated carer until your return.
Should anything unusual occur you may be assured I will be in contact with you or your emergency contact for further instruction.
Sometimes travel arrangements don't go as planned and the last thing you need to worry about is not who is looking after your horse/s, so I will continue caring and minding until I receive a text message or phone call advising me you are home. This way, if you are held up or late, your horse/s will be fed and checked. You will be invoiced for the extra day/s and required to pay the balance in full within 14 days.
I will phone you a couple of days later to check that you are happy with my service, and that you are happy with your horse/s care while you were away.
